*** 1960s Universal centre pull brakes, levers and straddle wires. In decent condition but will look so much better with a good clean-up. Not sure of the exact year for these. Universal centrepulls were introduced in 1961but those brakes usually have "Universal Mod. 61" on the front arm. £35
